HELEN CHANG

Helen Chang is a seasoned software executive with expertise in product innovation, go-to-market strategy, and business development. With experience in management consulting and software sales, Helen has developed solutions for clients across several industries, including notable organizations, such as Harrah’s, Cigna, Caterpillar, Delta Air Lines, Fanatics, Nationwide, HM Land Registry (Her Majesty’s Land Registry), and the Cleveland Clinic.

At heart, Helen is a technology entrepreneur that has a passion to empower others to be their authentic selves.

Recognizing the exponential power of teamwork, Helen embraces empathetic leadership to spark innovation. She understands that an emotionally safe environment is a creative, engaged environment.

Incorporating this principle of leadership in the home, Helen launched Figable in 2018, a parenting app that leverages technology to teach children time management, and encouraging positive behaviors such as empathy, leadership, and character. Figable was the first step in the idea that led to the launch of Xpand Culture.

Helen is a 2018 Dallas Business Journal Women in Technology Honoree, an award recognizing 25 leaders making a difference through technology at their workplaces. Helen received her Bachelor of Arts from Haverford College.

Helen lives in Dallas, TX with her three children and two rescue dogs. She enjoys running, swimming, and photography.
