6-WEEK PILOT PROGRAM

WHAT TO EXPECT

Well, to start, this is our beta and we know that we should  “expect the unexpected.”

 

We look forward to working with you to expand your culture and enhance our product. 

IDEAL BETA PROFILE

We are looking for companies who truly care about fostering a strong culture - creating psychological safety for team members, inviting authenticity, and welcoming diversity.

 

  • Do you wish you had insights into how your team members feel in real-time?

  • Do you want to ensure your team members think that you are living your core values?   

  • Do you want to measure and act to improve your culture?

 

If you answered yes, then you could be ideal for our beta test.  

On a Video Call

Uses Google Chrome

Are you using Google Chrome and willing to install a lightweight Chrome Extension for the duration of the pilot program?

Virtual Team Meeting

Uses Google Calendar

Do you run your day-to-day off your Google Calendar? Not sure what's going on unless it is on your calendar? Then we are looking for you!

  • (Optional) Share your company’s core values if you have it

  • List of beta participants

  • Watch intro video

  • Install Chrome Extension

  • Receive weekly emails

  • Executive sponsor or manager will get a weekly aggregate report

Phase 2: Beta Testing

no more than 15 minutes / week

What to expect:

  • Log data from your Google Calendar, ideally right after each meeting.  We know emotions are felt in the moment and we want to capture that feeling.

  • Help Us - Please submit product bugs (preferably with screenshots)  and product suggestions. Lots of it! We would love your ideas!

  • Help You - we are here to support you.
