Anne Erni is the Chief People Officer at Audible, an Amazon subsidiary and leading creator and provider of premium audio storytelling. Outside of work, Anne is passionate about environmental conservation; diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI); and education. She serves as an advisor and trustee on several boards, including as a trustee on the New York State Board of The Nature Conservancy and as a mentor in W.O.M.E.N. In America (WIA), a professional development and mentoring program for women.

Anne received her B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, and an M.A. from the School of Advanced International Studies from Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C., and Bologna, Italy.  She lives in New York City and East Hampton, N.Y. with her husband, Nicolas, and loves seeking adventures and skiing, kayaking and hiking with her two children, Paulina and Noah.
